WHO WE ARE
At STABE we are a friendly and passionate team with a pragmatic approach to data protection and GDPR.
We are experts who have extensive experience of working in the public sector and between us have worked across the South Central and South West regions providing Information Governance and DPO services to a host of organisations.
The team provide expert services to all sectors whether the organisation is a public authority, charitable, voluntary, commissioning or private organisation.
With the extra scrutiny that the healthcare sector finds themselves under and with the mandatory requirement to complete the Data Security and Protection Toolkit assessment, it is no surprise that acute hospital trusts have been the most common beneficiary of the STABE team's experience.
The team have worked at, or provided DPO services (or Information Governance services prior to the creation of this role under GDPR) to the following Health and Social Care bodies:
Andover War Memorial Hospital
Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital
Frimley Park Hospital
Great Western Hospital (Swindon)
Heatherwood Hospital (Ascot)
Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (London)
Royal Berkshire Hospital (Reading)
Royal Hampshire County Hospital (Winchester)
Royal United Hospitals Bath
Salisbury District Hospital
Wexham Park Hospital (Slough)
Graeme Temblett-Willis, PC.dp GDPR
Director of Information and Digital Security
I have over 30 years experience in the public sector working with law enforcement agencies including counter terrorism policing and now more extensively in public healthcare. An experienced Data Protection and GDPR specialist holding the Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection (GDPR) since June 2018. Like Mark, I have a passion to drive businesses forward with assurance that all the data protection needs are managed professionally and expeditiously, communicating at all staff levels including CEO and Board but also cross border collaborations removing the data barriers that can sometimes hold up progress.
Mark Arnold, LLB
Director of Operations and Compliance
After studying law and qualifying as a graduate paralegal, I joined the NHS to work in Information Governance and Compliance roles, which I have done for over 7 years now. I get a real buzz from taking the law and applying it to everyday situations to get the best results for all. I also hold a teaching qualification for adult learners and I love training people and passing on my knowledge and experience. Just like my partner Graeme, my real passion is in dispelling the myth that IG/GDPR are the blockers or barriers to progress. Our focus is on understanding what needs to be done and helping you to find a way to do it correctly.
